Recently we have experienced a case of Takayasu´s arteritis involving both common carotid artery, left subclavian artery, left renal artery, and the right pulmonary artery. The patients was 27 year-old female and she was admitted because of neck pain, dizziness and palpitation. Renal artery angioplasty with Gruntzig balloon catheter was performed with successful result. And then bypass graft surgery using bifurcated Gore- Tex graft was performed.with satisfactory result.
